What is a suitable tyre size for me?

Since the Original Equipment tyre size of your vehicle may be determined by variations based on options or vehicle manufacturer changes, verify and see if the tyre size of your vehicle, located in the door jamb, glove box lid, gas cap door or Owner's manual, matches the tyre size you are purchasing.


If you are unsure what size is installed on your vehicle or which is a more suitable tyre for you, please confirm the size that is listed on the tyre side wall or drive down to us for a hassle free advice from our friendly and experienced staff before ordering.

How safe is it to purchase tyres online?

All credit card information are encrypted and accessible only by the banks. Kim Hoe Tyre & Battery does not retain any credit card information from our customers. Customers will also be prompted to enter the 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value) of their visa or mastercard. There are also added security implementations such as one-time password (OTP).

What should i do if i am unable to find what i want?

Contact us to be advised on the estimated tyre availability. You can also email us at sales@kimhoetyre.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Why is it cheaper to purchase online?

Our orders are based on your invoice and are immediately sent out to the supplier, thus we do not have to keep stock or do stock take, which will save us on manpower, storage rental and stocks are guaranteed to be fresh.

Order

After making my purchase, is it possible to get my tyres fitted immediately?

It depends on order confirmation and we are unable to do any fitment until the funds have cleared in our account. Some banks are able to do it immediately while some may take up to 8 hours. If it is urgent, you can contact us and you will be advised.

When can i get my tyres fitted after making an online purchase?

You can get them fitted once the funds have been cleared in our account. You will have a period of 7 days from the date of invoice to get them fitted.

Can my orders be changed?

Yes, you can by simply emailing us at sales@kimhoetyre.com or call us as soon as you can with the details of your current order and what you would like to change and we will attend to it. There is no charge for incorrect orders but it has to be of equivalent values. Item of higher value require a top-up. There will not be any refund if you choose items with lower value.

Can my orders be cancelled?

Within 24 hours from the date of purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours. Logistics and admin charges of $50 applies. You must inform us of your decision to cancel via phone or email using the contact details set out above. After cancellation, we will refund you what you paid for the cancelled order (or part of the order cancelled), less any admin or logistic charges, within 14 days after the day of notifying us of the cancellation. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order.

Delivery and fitment

If i want my tyres to be fitted, where do i go?

You will have a period of 7 days from date of invoice to get your tyres fitted.
